Important Dates

Online Conference Registration
If you are not yet an AATK member and would like to join, you will need to sign up for membership before registering to receive membership advantages. Only credit card payment through PayPal will be accepted. The conference registration fee includes:
- Conference program
- Newsletter
- Breakfasts, lunches, tea/coffee breaks
- Discount rate for banquet dinner
- KLA Journal (for registered AATK members only)
* Please note that all participants should reserve their hotel rooms on their own this year. A discount rate is available for the AATK 2023 conference, and you can find this information on the 'Accommodation' tab (https://www.aatk.org/conference/accommodation.php?confid=28).
* Each conference attendee with a minimum of one night hotel stay in Philadelphia will receive a $100 AATK Participation Support Fund during on-site check-in.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Reimbursement will only be made if the cancellation is done by Monday, May 22, 2023.
Please contact the AATK Treasurer, Hi-Sun Kim (treasurer@aatk.org), for refund and the refund policy.
Prior to Monday, May 15 | 100% |
Between Monday, May 15 and Monday, May 22 | 50% |
After Monday, May 22 | No refund |
Online Registration Process
Same as your AATK website log-in name and password. Please follow the steps:
1. Go to the website here.
2. Log in. Same as your AATK website log-in name and password.
3. If you are currently a member, but your membership expires before the end of the conference Saturday, June 17, 2023, you should renew it. For membership due payment, click 'Membership History' on the left menu. Once in the page, click 'Membership/Renewal Application.' Choose 'Type of membership,' and click 'submit.'
4. For conference registration, click 'Conference Registration' on the left menu. Provide requested information, including banquet dinner.
5. Submit the information and make a payment.
