•    Room Arrangement

·   Conference attendees with housing requests (both single- or double-room) are to be arranged to Canopy by Hilton Ithaca Downtown first, and then to Hilton Garden Inn Ithaca if there is no vacancy in Canopy by Hilton Ithaca Downtown. 

- Single room: you can use a room with 2 queen beds by yourself, up to 4 people.

- Double room: Two AATK members will share a room with 2 queen beds. You may request your preferred roommate under "Special Request" when registering. 

·   All the rooms, both single- and double-room, have two queen beds. 

·   We appreciate your understanding that hotel selection is not an option.

•    Complimentary Breakfast

·   Complimentary Breakfast vouchers are offered to the conference attendees only. All other guests have to make a separate payment on their own at the hotel for breakfast.

·   The conference attendees will get vouchers for the number of stays at the hotel.

·   There is no breakfast on Sunday, June 19th.

Parking info

If you need a parking space, there is Seneca Street Garage (map) at 202 E Seneca St.

• Hourly: $1.00/ hour
• Daily Maximum: $10.00/ day
• Weekly: $33.00/ week
• Special Events: (Per Entry) $5.00/ day

You can also park your vehicle on the street for $1.50/hr, 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Parking is free on weekends.
