Membership to the American Association of Teachers of Korean is open to all present teachers as well as past and future teachers of the Korean language, culture, and literature in the United States.
There are four types of membership:
1. Regular members ($50)
All teachers of the Korean language, culture, and literature in the United States.
2. Associate members ($30)
- In-service teachers from kindergarten to 12th grade
- Full-time graduate students in a college or university in the United States who are interested in becoming professional teachers of the Korean language, culture, and literature
3. Lifetime members ($500)
All teachers of the Korean language, culture, and literature in the United States who are willing to remain as the AATK members for his/her life
4. Subscription members ($50)- Subscription membership instruction, Subscription membership application renewal form
Institutions, libraries, organizations whose participation is expressly limited to subscription to the official publications of the Association
Member benefits include receiving the official journal of AATK, The Korean Language in America, by mail, getting important job announcements through listserv, etc.
