Dear AATK members,

I am writing to solicit your help with the 17th annual meeting at Stanford University. We expect around 150 members participating in this year's meeting, and about 80 will give presentations. We need 20 volunteers to chair workshop panels, teaching materials demo sessions and paper sessions, for which we hope for a broad participation from general membership. Session chairs' responsibilities involve introducing the presenters and monitoring the time.

If you are interested in serving as a chair, please reply to Hae-Young Kim <haeyoung@duke.edu>, by May 15th, and indicate a couple of sessions you would like to chair. The program is available on the webpage:

Let me also remind you that early bird registration ends on May 15th. Instructions for registration were e-mailed last time on May 2nd with the subject ‘Reminder of early-bird registration for the 2012 AATK’. The web link for registration can be found on this webpage:

Thank you in advance for your help, and I look forward to seeing you at the end of June!

Best wishes,

Hae-Young Kim
