Position: Short-term Korean Instructor, February 1 -16, 2018
The Concordia Language Training Center near Bemidji,
Minnesota is seeking a temporary Korean instructor to teach intermediate level
linguists, the Army National Guard in a
residential intensive iso-immersion setting.
In addition to providing formal instruction in a small class setting
(2-4 students), this position also contributes to the cultural immersion
elements of the overall program, providing and supporting cultural activities along
with other instructional team members.
This is an intensive two-week program for which students and the teaching
staff stay together at a retreat/learning center in a rural, wooded setting, experiencing
the authentic language and the culture throughout the whole period.
Candidates with some experience with teaching military
students are preferred, but this is not a requirement. Those who are interested in this position can
